Rosalind V.O. Perez
Owner & Attorney
Rosalind V.O. Perez primarily practices Family & Child Welfare Law - believing that each person deserves an attorney who will not only listen, but ensure that you get what you deserve under the laws of the State of Texas and the constitutions of this State and of the United States.
Rosalind graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering before pursuing her Juris Doctor at Texas Tech University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.
Beyond her legal practice, Rosalind is deeply involved in her community. Having previously served as the treasurer of the Victoria Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she worked to promote economic growth and prosperity in her community. Additionally, she has served as the president of the Victoria County Bar Association, fostering professional development and camaraderie among local attorneys.
Rosalind’s dedication to serving vulnerable populations is evident in her past role as the Chairperson of the Victoria County Child Welfare Board, where she worked to ensure the well-being of children in need. Furthermore, as the founding president of the Victoria Young Professionals, she has worked to empower the next generation of leaders to make a positive impact in their community.
Rosalind currently serves on the Legislative Bill Review Committee of the Texas Family Law Foundation, evaluating proposed legislation affecting families and children across the state. Furthermore, she serves as elected District Director for District 11 on the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors, representing attorneys across South Texas and advocating for the needs of rural legal communities.

Kristi J. Perales
Paralegal
Kristi has extensive experience as a paralegal in the area of family law, with over fifteen years of experience, she is a proud member of the State Bar of Texas paralegal division. She and her husband are residents of Port Lavaca, Texas and in her spare time Kristi loves to read books, support the Patriots, and dote on her granddaughter.
