Rosalind V.O. Perez
Owner & Attorney
Rosalind V.O. Perez is the founder of Perez Law and represents clients in family-law and child-welfare matters with skill, compassion, and a deep respect for the responsibility entrusted to her as an advocate. She is known for her thoughtful approach, careful preparation, and steady guidance through complex and emotionally significant matters.

Rosalind earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating cum laude, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Her analytical background informs her practical, solutions-oriented approach to family-law advocacy.
​
Rosalind currently serves as President of the Victoria County Bar Association and District Director for District 11 of the State Bar of Texas. She has previously served as a board member of the Victoria County Child Welfare Board and the Victoria Chamber of Commerce, and is Past President of Victoria Young Professionals.

Rosalind is proud to practice law in Victoria and is committed to serving families and children with integrity, professionalism, and care.
V. Ashley Trujillo
Associate Attorney
V. Ashley Trujillo is an associate attorney at Perez Law, where she represents clients in family-law matters with care, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility to the families she serves. A Victoria native, Ashley is deeply connected to the community and takes pride in practicing law in the place she calls home.

Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, she was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review, reflecting her strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.

Ashley is licensed to practice law in Texas and is honored to serve families in Victoria and the surrounding communities.
Kristi J. Perales
Paralegal
Kristi J. Perales is a paralegal at Perez Law and a key member of the firm’s family-law team. She brings experience, consistency, and a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities of family-law litigation to every case she supports.

Kristi works closely with attorneys and clients throughout all stages of a case, assisting with case management, drafting and organization of pleadings, coordination with courts and opposing counsel, and client communication. She is known for her thoroughness, responsiveness, and ability to manage complex matters with efficiency and care.

Kaia Grissett
Client Services Coordinator
Kaia Grissett serves as the Client Services Coordinator at Perez Law and plays a central role in the firm’s daily operations and client experience. As the first point of contact for clients, courts, and colleagues, she brings professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment to every interaction.

Kaia is currently pursuing a degree in psychology at Texas A&M University–Victoria, an academic background that supports her calm, empathetic approach to client communications and her ability to navigate sensitive situations with care. She works closely with attorneys and staff to coordinate scheduling, manage client communications, and support office operations, helping ensure matters move forward efficiently and seamlessly.
